very good incline dumbell presses there max, and the flat barbell press is strong too considering u did the incline first...

bb rows:
-60kg for 10 reps
-70kg for 10 reps
-80kg for 10 reps

close grip pullups:
-12 reps
-10 reps
-8 reps

db rows:

3 sets with 32kg db for 10 reps

pullovers: 3 sets

abs 6 sets of 20 reps

june 21: full body workout

Chest: incline bench press 2 sets of 60kg for 15 reps
dips for 2 sets of 15

legs:squats 2 sets of 60kg for 15 reps
stiff leg deadz 2 sets of 50kg for 15 reps

back:2 sets pullups 15 reps
2 ses bb rows 50kg for 15 reps

shoulders: 2 sets of db shoulder press 20kg for 15 reps
1 set of db laterals 6kg for 15 reps
1 set of db rear laterals 6 kg for 15 reps

bicep: 2 sets of db preacher curls with 10kg db for 15 reps

tricep: lying e-z bar extension 10kg each side for 15 reps

calves: 2 sets of standing raises with 100kg for 15 reps

leg curls 1 set of 15 with 90lbs

chest: incline bench press 2 sets of 15 with 60kg

shoulders: db shoulder press 1 set of 15 reps with 17,5kg
