yesterday i did some leg training

squats
-40kg 20 reps
-50kg 20 reps
-60kg 20 reps
-70kg 20 reps PR
-80kg 10 reps
-90kg 10 reps pr
-80kg 10 reps
-70kg 10 reps

Front squats: i was abit exhausted from squats so i took it light
-30kg for 12 reps
-30kg for 12 reps
-30kg for 12 reps
-30kg for 12 reps
-40kg for 12 reps

leg extension:
-4 sets of 90lbs for 15 reps
-4 sets of 110lbs for 15 reps

Leg curls:
-4 sets of 70lbs for 12 reps
-4 sets of 90lbs for 12 reps

standing calf raises
-4 sets with 70kg for 20 reps
-4 sets with 90kg for 15 reps
-4 sets with 110kg for 10 reps

btw: i just bought cell-tech hardcore so i guess i will be gaining alot of new muscle mass in no time lol. but i gotta say it tastes really good, that is a suprise

atleast im getting 10 reps with 90kg so i hope so. i´ve just been doing it for couple of weeks this is the 4th week

bb curls:

incline db curls:

5 sets of precher curls 10 reps

consetration curls:
-6kg for 12 reps

db laterals:

db rear laterals-5 sets 10 reps, pretty much same weights that i used for db laterals

db shrugs:5 sets with 45kg db´s for 12 reps

for pullups i used shoulder´s lenght grip and i did feel it alot in my lats

just had my bday last night so i didn´t train, i´ve been thinking about doing a fullbody workout, maybe hst. my upperchest isn´t fixed yet but i will continue to work it first. the reason behind doing hst is that i want frequency, it happens that i don´t have time for doing 2x a week bodyparts so im studying fullbody since it´s working for paulie and tweak,rocky and more, i really think it´s a good option. any advice would good

I think your training is looking much better than before bro. So thats always a plus. If your trying to add mass stick w multi joint exercises as much as u can. I prefer a push pull split to a full body. I feel in a full body workout to many calories are burned, but thats JMO brother. Good luck w everything im glad to see u making some changes keep it up and keep learning max! Yourr coming along great

yeah ur latest workouts look good max, but dont change it already, it looks like its working, so give it some more time before u change training style again...

for cardio i just did 10 mins of running, at pace 10,0 i hope to get my endurance up
