Markus has always had an inhuman shoulderline. It looks like he´s always posing his back whether he´s training, taking a crap or even sleeping.

the difference is very little, the only "fat" adding to his width would be the fat on his lateral deltoid which is about waht 1-2cm?
fat anywhere else could only give the impression of width, it would not translate directly to width
