I think not. The only thing to get damaged will be his career if he competes again. I love Ronnie but enough is enough. I'm happy to see him enjoying himself but that's as far as it will ever go now.

the gut is gigantic, his left leg and tricep are reduced to next to nothing. and as someone pointed out, he looks so unhealthy and worn out.
