Who is this bodybuilder?
He is an amateur bodybuilder. He is an european bodybuilder. Je is going to compete in usa next march at arnold classic amateur 2016. Last may he won olympia amateur spain in bodybuilding up to 100 kg , but he didn't win bodybuilding overall.

This guy is trained by patrick tour. Do you know this new bodybuilding coach, arnolds? :)

nicolas's evolution. on left side, we can see nicolas in 2012. On the right side, he in 2015. Now he is working with patrick tour, and he is going to compete in America.. at Arnold Classic Amateur 2016!

tipical legs training for Nicolas

It was leg day in Monthey today at the Xplode.

1. Leg extension, 3 sets 10-15
2. Leg press 2x 20
3. Leg press + Hack squat + leg extension, 2 SST sets ( 20 reps with the leg press, 5 negative + 5 positive reps with the Hack squat, 30 seconds of static with the leg extension )
4. Squat smith machine, 2x 10
5. Sissy squat, 2x 10
6. Lunges
7. Abductors and adductors

A bit more volume with my back workout today. I'm trying to keep heavy weights in general, but also a balance. If I do very heavy sets, my workout is shorter of course. So here, I did the opposite, I've tried to use a bit more angles to get a different stimulation

Warm up with the pullover machine

1. Wide pull-ups, body weight, 3x Max of reps

2. Lat machine wide pulldowns, 2x 7-8 reps

3. Hammer machine, one set with weight increasing every 5 reps, one SST set, and one drop set.

4. Dumbbells rowing, both arms, 3 sets 7-8 reps

5. Dumbbells rowing, both arms, against the bench, 2 sets of 10 reps

6. Pulley machine, supination, 2 sets 10 reps

7. T-Bar, 2 sets of 8-10 reps

8. Dumbbells shrugs ( on the picture ), 3 sets 10-12 in super sets with incline shrugs for the middle part.

And I did some abs exercises, mix of crunches, leg raises and core movements.
