hey guys, I started using No Shoutgun about 2 weeks ago and honestly I dont feel different, have you guys used it? if so, is it worth it?
I workout at 8pm and I usually take the product around 7:30pm, thing is everytime I take it, I cant get any damn sleep, so in other words I dont really feel it in the Gym and I really feel it when I try to get some sleep, Im not using it anymore, is just not worth it, is there something else I can take that will work?
you could also add some BCAAs to your pre workout nutrition.
As for you not feeling anything from the NO Shotgun, I would try and take a week or 2 off of it, take Benadryl prime your receptors, and than go back on it and see if you can than feel the difference.
Based on this post, you're lacking in the nutrition field...please post your current diet.
All that's needed are complex such carbs pre workout, and of course a complete protein source with a moderate fat intake.
I know all about my pre workout meals or drinks and deffenately the post workout time frame drink, as far as diet right now Im bulking so lots of complex carbs, course, enough protein, the right fats, amino acids, blah blah, the importance of each meal, and the minimum consumption of nutriets on each meal which I dont come close to oviously scince I'm trying to bulk, but now that you mentioned it, should I also drink a pre workout shake with the NO Shotgun?
^^^right on the amino acids, is just that I'm almost done with the container so might as well finish them, here it is
Breakfast-1 scoop whey protein powder with 2 cups of milk
3 eggs
1 cup of Oatmeal
snack----usually I pick up a can of protein shake from vitamine shop with plenty of carbs and protein
Lunch----double meet, chicken breast footlong from subway
sanck----1 scoop whey protein powder with 2 cups of milk
2 cans of tune or a hamm sandwhich
Dinner----3 cups of rice
2 cups of beans
usually the meat at dinner is chiken, which I eat enough
1 banana
Pre workout---1 serving of NO Shotgun with 10oz of water
Post workout---2 scoops of weight gainer with 2 cups of milk
1 apple or banana
usually some Yogurt
Im also using animal pack, I usually eat more and squeeze in more meals, basically whenever I get hungry. Thanks for the help

maybe thats why your not feeling it, eating or taking in a protein shake kills the effects from any NO, if you would of read the instructions it says take on and empty stoamch
and you should work on your diet a bit.
Do what me and shutupnsquat do.
We mix N.O. shotgun in red gatorade, tastes great.
