Now all we have to do is wait for him to slide downhill from here and look utterly **** on comp day. He always looks great a week or so out and then looks flat and puffy comp day. He's had me fooled for placings for the past 3-4 years.

^also just a by the by, Toney has to be lonely (or pervert) as phuck to always have to take pcis of himself in the bathroom mirrors... cant he get anyone else to take a pciture or if he has to take them himself, cant he do it in front of any other mirror?... its becoming nauseating!

He's working again with Dave Palumbo for this Olympia. Last time they worked together was the 2008 Mr O and 2009 Arnold I think. So I think he might get in that top 6/7.

Interesting news from Dave Palumbo. He changed his prediction and put Dexter in top 3 after seeing some recent pictures. Note, Dexter is now working with george farah and he says he is on around 1,000 grams of carbs for this fill out. Should be interesting, he hasnt been very full or very shredded lately so ill be looking forward to seeing any changes.
