It'll be put up or shut up time for Serra, seeing as how he couldn't say enough bad things about Hughes during TUF4.

Faggot Ortiz starting shit with Rashad "Sugar" Evans at UFC 69

I hope Rashad fucks Tito up so badly that he cries again, i would forever be a Sugar fan if he spanked Tito haha

At one time, I would've believed Tito would've walked right past Rashad. Now though, he's on the downswing while Rashad is on a serious rise; not hype-wise, but in terms of skill and training. After Evans' last two fights, I've become a big fan of his. I could see him crap-stomping Tito:ughfingers:

That, and I feel Tito's still a complete douche. He and Sylvia have a definite corner on that market in the UFC:shootme:

GSP on Radio...

On mmaweekly radio.

When asked if he saw tape of Hughes laughing after he lost to Serra, GSP said that he did see him laughing and that he will "have it in his mind" when they fight again. He said that he didn't laugh at Hughes when he knocked him out, but that's fine he's now got even more motivation and will have that on his mind when he steps into the ring against Hughes the next time.
He also said he's not a shit talker and isn't going to bash Matt for his actions and he'll just use it instead of responding with his mouth.

Other things he mentioned.

Wants to fight in July or earlier, but most likely July will be the next available time.

Doesn't care who he faces, but wants someone at or near the top of the division so that he can get his shot for the title ASAP. He doesn't want an easy fight the first time back, he wants to be thrown right back into the mix.

Gives all the credit to Serra and still has no excuses. Said he was stiff and anything that could have went wrong went wrong.

Said that Serra/Hughes will be a good fight, he doesn't want to say who will win, says that only God knows that, but that Serra proved how dangerous he can be and that anything can happen.

He isn't taking a vacation like normal, he started his training again yesterday.

He's going to stop worrying about making other people happy and he's going to worry about himself and be more selfish then he has been in the past. He plans on changing some of his training but didn't elaborate.

^Good to hear he's getting right back at it and that he wants to keep getting tought fights, GSP will always be a standup guy, pure class

fuckin rofl. :49:

http://www.sherdog.com/news/articles.asp?n_id=7231

The Nevada State Athletic Commission on Tuesday changed the result of Nick Diaz's gogoplata victory over Takanori Gomi to a no-decision after it deemed that the use of marijuana aided in the Californian's Feb. 24 win over the PRIDE champion, NSAC executive director Keith Kizer confirmed to Sherdog.com.

Diaz's license was suspended six months, retroactive to the date of the fight, and he was fined $3,000, a sum equivalent to 20 percent of his purse.

How does weed help you beat Gomi? Either way, I still feel Nick Diaz is a putz; he's just reaping what he's sown:e5dunno:

Diaz smoking up. Ha! He most of been hit'n the bong with Diego Sanchez! Although I'm not a GSP fan, he earned respect from me last saturday. Class act for sure. Hughes is my boy though and it's time for him to take his belt back. I think Kos and GSP would be interesting. Kos his really improved his stand up by training with DelaHoya. He got a lot of boo's for having a boring fight, but it was a chess match and he won. Smart strategy. He lost to him in the past and there was a lot of pride on the line, so why not play it safe? I woulda done the same.

you're right... gsp is a classy guy.. most humble guy in mma..

i think it was diego training with Delahoya though... all the same, i agree Kos is turning himself into a more rounded fighter.. but still not very exciting

Love or hate Tito he does get everyone interested in his fights. He done it every fight up to this point and will do it after he beats Rashad. GSP is what a fighter should strive to be. He has it all class and skills. The Diaz deal is crap i understand that he broke a rule but to say that it helped him win is total bullshit. Wandy's pic was funny but to be honest i wish Arona would have won he is one of my favorite fighters in Pride

Diaz deserves the suspension just for the fact that he's an idiot.

Everyone knows marijuana shows up on drug tests...so why the hell would you take that risk?

i think the punishment was stupid as fuck, a $3000 fine, 6 month suspension and a No Contest on a quality win for pot, and yet if you get caught for roids its like a slap on the wrist, i understand that there should be some sort of punishment, but what Diaz got was assanine

^^After all the talk they had about how amazing the fight was, the penalty does even leave a disregarder-of-Nick-Diaz like myself scratching his huge melon. I could see test, or some other anabolic for that matter, causing a ruckus; calling it because of weed just seems like they lost something in the japan-english translation:e5dunno:

Thiago Alves was slapped with a tiny fine after pounding in Tony's head while on test; where's the comparison? Although if this is all of Nick's little whine-fits coming back to bite him, I won't stand in the way:spy:
