Gomi's rumored to be heading to K-1 Heroes.

It sounds like a number of the native athletes aren't liking the change to Zuffa; my question is why? Bigger paychecks, higher exposure, a much more professional body of owners and executives....

I mean Dana's not a model CEO per se, but at least he doesn't walk around near-bankrupt all the time.

thats UFC 76.

we still got UFC 74 & 75, which both look to be decent cards. Not to mention, UFC 75 is free on Spiketv.

As for UFC 76, I'd rather see Shogun vs. Liddell. Fuck Jardine and Griffin. The UFC needs to spend less time hyping up fights and fighters, and just focus on putting on good fights. Give us Wandi vs. Liddell.

Guida vs Aurelio should be on the main card instead of Cote vs Grove

Chute has been firing blanks lately. I personally feel they've been spending too much time jaw-jacking with Hammerhouse and not enough time getting work done:e5dunno:

Am I the only one that feels Jardine/Liddell will be entertaining to watch? Even though I like Shogun, I still have the fan need to pull for Forrest.

As for Forrest/Shougn, i guess with this year as its been anything is possible...

heres some quotes that various fighters have stated about Fedor:

Fedor is the best pfp fighter in the world
-Randy Couture

Fedor is the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world aside from bj Penn, those 2 are the best fighters in the world.
-Rampage Jackson

It's FEDOR dude!
-Eric Pele

He is the BEST
-Mark Coleman

the best in the world, no doubt
-Phil Baroni

Look, I’ve fought many people from around the world, so I’ve seen many strong fighters. But like him, never
-Renato Sobral

Fedor is on top now, it's hard to beat him now
-Pedro Rizzo

NOBODY wants to fight fedor
-Wanderlei Silva

Our great champion, he is the BEST in the world.
-Josh Barnett

Fedor has no equals in Sambo or MMA
-Aleksander Mikhailin

Fedor would be absolutely great in k1
-Ernesto Hoost

Fedor has no weakness! I have seen so many fights, and even the best fighters in the world have a flaw in their game but I have yet to find one in Fedor Emelianenko.
– Bas Rutten

probably the best ever lived….he’s a living legend right now and I don’t think there’s a man on this planet who can beat him; the man is unreal. Pound for pound the best in the world
–Diego Sanchez

Fedor is my favorite
-BJ Penn

Fedor is the most incredible fighter you'll ever see
-Frank Trigg

fedor is pound-for-pound best in the world
-Shamada

Fedor is a machine
-Don Frye

The best fighter to climb into ANY areana is Emelianenko fedor. He is in his own league and you can't compare nobody.
-Kevin Randleman

Fedor is just too dominant, too good at punching people in the face. The way he punches people man he's trying to kill people, with both hands. He's in a whole different class by himself.
-Brandon Vera

He is the best and undefeated... His striking game and his ground game is the best, so that's why he is the best... He is the sh*t
-Mark Hunt

-"He’s the total package; looks can be deceiving. He’s incredibly strong, his hips are amazing, probably his best asset. Hard to hold down, hard to do anything with the guy………shit he’s just the best, that’s why he’s the best. He gets in position to throw the big bombs, he throws just as hard on the ground as he does on the feet. That’s why he’s the world Champion.”
– Mark Coleman

-"He’s the fastest I’ve ever seen. Much faster than Mirko. And he’s got a great reaction. Technically he may not have such a big advantage, but physically he is the fastest heavy guy in MMA history. He tries a punch, misses it, then immediately shoots again, Cro Cop for example didn’t even see them coming. He must practise that a lot, because it’s not easy to improvise that kind of thing. He is really with a good combination of styles, he can go from one art to the other, that’s what makes him different."
– Antonio Rodorigo Nogueira

-"He has a fast eye, good for counter-attacking. And in every fight he shows up with something new under his sleeve. Against Filipovic he used a great clinch-strike combo: he’d go for the uchi-mata, quickly following with a powerful hook."
- Pedro Rizzo

Fedors the man...straight up, what else can be said

Cro Cop got backup :skurred::

Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic is taking his upcoming fight with Frenchman Cheick Kongo very seriously. After the disastrous knockout at the hands, or rather feet, of Brazilian grappler Gabriel "Napão" Gonzaga at UFC 70, "operation heavyweight championship" has receded into the far distance.

Another loss, this time against the 32-year-old kickboxer from Paris, would most likely mean the end of the sensitive Croatian's career. That's why last year's PRIDE Grand Prix winner has upped the ante in training.

For the past two weeks, former UFC heavyweight champion Ricco Rodriguez and former PRIDE heavyweight challenger Sergei Karitonov have joined Cro Cop in his training camp in Zagreb. While Rodriguez is supposed to offer some tips in ground and cage fighting, former Russian amateur boxing champion Kharitonov will serve as a sparring partner for Filipovic.

In August two highly prominent stand-up fighters in Remy Bonjasky and Gilbert Yvel will replace the duo. The Dutch twosome will help Cro Cop peak in his Muay Thai training.

now thats the type of shit i wanna hear :hsughr:

^^Right on:hsughr::hsughr:

Just watched the last few minutes of an episode of TapouT, and I have to say......

Finding a bigger collection of douchebags would be pretty tough. All three are complete jokes, but the Punka$$ moron went on this spiel about how he was peaked that Rich Franklin hadn't used 'his water' at his last fight. He kept insinuating that Rich didn't understand the business situation....this coming from a wigger that's wearing a rag practically over his eyes. On the other hand, Franklin's a former teacher:49:

Then I switched over to Ion to see Bodog's Costa Rica jargon starring two totally fat and man-boobed heavywieghts....neither of whom weighed over 240:49:
