Lee was awesome one of the best I agree He had to go against Lee Haney the freak
And Im not taking anything away from Phil hes a monster but I just think he will always come close but wont overcome a guy with the same size n shape but slightly more wide

I cant think of a guy who has won with narrow shoulder structure, All these guys are great im not knocking him
