Finally woke up from my nap after watching the finals all the way. It was a great show even though my VLC Player kept on crashing every once in a while (I had a backup all the time, my iPhone). But anyway I think Jay deserved it and so did Phil. It had to be a close call. Too bad for Kai for not coming in shape. I hope he changes his approach now (go with Palumbo and do the keto diet for example). Great day for Rockel also, he has to be happy. It was also nice to see Wolf getting it all back together but he's still lacking lower back, hamstrings and calves, big time!

A well-deserved win for Jay but I still think that he's physique sucks. We have Ronny Rockel and Dexter Jackson who actually have aesthetic physiques but the rest are more or less blemished.

^^ I am hoping he retires... he doesnt have any seriouse injuries and hes been at the top for sooo long so financially he should be OK too... and he should walk away a Champion... next year because of his age and how many years hes been competing it will be harder for Jay to show up with this conditionning and Phil with another 10 pounds would be too much for that Jay!

He has beaten everyone hes ever competed against... no points to prove__ walk away a winner Jay!
