i just got an xbox 360 yesterday, anybody recommend any good games for it. i was thinkin about the new final fantasy. got the new tony hawk and im not impressed.

Nah, skip it (ff). Try Dead Rising, Call of Duty 2, and maybe Burnout Revenge. The selection for 360 isn't the greatest at the moment.

metal gear solid is a true tactical stealth espionage game,splinter cell isnt even close to metal gear solid.snake eater is one the absolute best games ever splinter cell is average good.

Splinter cell has amazing graphics as well as super gameplay and game plot.

Solid Snake games are just poor. Only good thing is the plot but controls and graphics suck.

MGS3 has some of the best graphics on PS2. Yes, Splinter Cell has terrific graphics as well, but don't say MGS graphics suck.

One more thing (not to start trouble, just for the sake of argument), these are the ratings that the most recent outings of each series received from the two biggest online video game sites (PS2 version):

1= Gamespot 2= Ign

Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory- (1) 7.1 (2) 8.4
Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence- (1) 9.0 (2) 9.8

Note: I have no preference between the two, I'm just adding fuel to the fire.

MGS3 has some of the best graphics on PS2. Yes, Splinter Cell has terrific graphics as well, but don't say MGS graphics suck.

Look, it doesn't matter if you showed me some of the best graphics on a Gameboy I'm not impressed by those pics at all and the PS2 is outdated. I had the first Splinter Cell on the first Xbox 3 or 4 years ago and the grapihics where stunning because of the engine the game uses.

Xbox is outdated, too. So...

I still don't understand how Splinter Cell graphics impress you while MGS graphics don't.
