And gears of war is overrated??? Are you insane it's one of the best games ever...but since you are a wii guy xmaswtfgay: ) i can understand that comment

I played Gears on a 40+ inch HDTV in both singleplayer, multiplayer, and online. Singleplayer = short, multiplayer = eh, and online gets boring after a while.

Also, no story whatsoever.

There are literally hundreds of games better than Gears, whether they be from 20 years ago or a few months ago. Not even close to the best game ever.

I enjoyed it. Solid game. BUT- It's overrated.

PS: and i bet you died a lot while playing, right?

1) Too many whiny little kids play on Xbox Live. It seems there are more kids there than playing Gameboy.

2) I didn't say I didn't like Gears of War, I said I thought it was overrated.

3) There are some extremely stupid critics out there, to the point where I'm not sure if they even played the games they reviewed.

D-Mon, you don't have to get angry over something so small. Just keep variety in your gaming choices- games from all genres.

If you have PS2, check out Okami, Devil May Cry 3, or SOC. If you have Xbox (1), check out Jade Empire, KOTOR, or Mechassault. If you have Gamecube, check out both Zeldas, both Metroids, and of course one of the best multiplayer games of all time, Smash Bros. Melee.

PS3 has Resistance, that's it.

360 has a few solid games such as Gears and Dead Rising, but 95% of the games on the system are only new graphics on old games. Even when I played Gears for the first time, I thought to myself "wow, those graphics are fairly impressive." However, I barely noticed them after 10 minutes of play.

The Wii is something new and creative, which I enjoy. And Zelda owns all.

If the graphis are better then tha game is better. And i dont like the little role playing games and most of the ones you just listed are stupid to me and i just dont like them, i like racing games and sports games, especially NCAA Football. I named 2 role playing games, unless you count Zelda which makes it 3.

And graphics don't make the game. If it's not fun, it can be the best graphics in the world and it still wouldn't be any more entertaining.

Games are about fun, something PS3 and 360 developers often seem to forget.

Btw, I believe 7 of the games I mentioned received at least one game of the year award. I don't see how you can consider them all stupid, especially considering I listed games from several different genres.

Now what was that about Zelda sucking? Let's look to Gamerankings.com, which averages reviews into one final score.

Without naming the separate games, here's every single score on the list, including the lowest rated Zelda games (on a scale of 1-100).

97, 95, 98 (highest rated game ever), 94, 92, 95, 91, 93, 95, 91, 93, 93, 79, 69, 90, 92, 92.

The only 2 games that got below a 90 are REMAKES of the ORIGINAL 2 Zelda games from the NES on the Gameboy. What would you expect for a score of games 20 years old?

Not even in your opinion do they suck. Maybe they don't appeal to you, but that doesn't mean they suck. They have excellent gameplay, graphics, sound, and lasting appeal. There's a difference between thinking something sucks and not liking it.

For example, I dislike the Red Sox. But do they suck? No.

Most of the games I mentioned have not had a similar game like it on new consoles.
