Yeah some of it is not good size but its hard when the dining halls dont have anything thats all that great and im out of frozen chciken breast but cant complain too much part of the offseason.

well since you called me out, I'll go ahead and comment in here, but do it maturely.

Your arms need to be brought up tons, they lack size and your forearms could use a bit of training as well.

Your middle back is also a weakpoint, it lacks that desirable thickness, same goes for your lat development, get to rowing :xyxthumbs:

Your lat width isn't bad, that's your biggest improvement.

For where your bodyfat is, and comparing that to your show bodyfat I think you could have been a bit stricter on your diet because aside from lat width you haven't progressed much at all except for elevated bodyfat levels.

how much are you weighing now anyway?

keep on truckin, and you'll get where you want to go with time.

its ok those are my gf's i wont post ym legs cause i tore my acl and they need more work to get back to where they even were. Surprising about your statement about ym forearms because they measure a lil over 14 inches cause i used to armwrestle.

do they? hmm, genetics then? skeletal structure? They don't that certain "shape" that stands out saying they are that large.

14" though, they aren't small :xyxthumbs:

Cause i have been before once and i was going to do the collegiate nationals in 09' and its not drug tested so most of the guys will prolly be on it. But mostly cause of the surgery not doing anything physical or eating right for like 3 months and not working out for 4.

That's not a very great reason IMO.

1.) if your on gear, it must not be great because as I stated before your gains for the most part have been bodyfat levels :dunnodude:

2.) Arent you only 18 or 19? At your age your gains are already going to be off the charts :dunnodude:

I won't lecture you, I'm sure you've heard it, hopefully it goes well and you PCT correctly without any negative effects :xyxthumbs:

O i am(PCT) but i just started the gear and the fat is from the college life like i stated im a freshmen and live in the dorms so all i can do is microwave chicken and that gets expensive and the dining halls dont always have the best foods.

No just banned for 3 months.
Tonyk and I have gotten into it quite a few times, sometimes he is actually a pretty cool guy it seems. He just has a short fuse and insults to quickly, like calling Arnold 2008 for a simple mistake.
