One FC bantamweight championship – Bibiano Fernandes vs Kevin Belingon

This is a grudge match between Brazilian Bibiano Fernandes versus Kevin Belingon of the Philippines. They both had won over each other and this grudge match will settle the score once and for all. The fight will be held on October 13 at Ryogoku, Kokugikan, Sumida City, Japan.

What promised to be a close encounter with heavy fighting was a disappointment. Right in the first round, Bibiano got hold of Belingon for a nice takedown that the rest of the time in the round was on that position with Bibiano on top. In the 2nd round, the takedown led to a choke and a tap by Belingon for a TKO ending. Bibiano Fenandes retained his belt.
