Hey fellow warriors of iron.:hello:

I've chosen to start logging my training in this forum, because there seems to be a lot of friendly and knowledgeable people present.

The forum (a Danish forum) I've logged my lifts in so far is very anti-doping oriented - which is fine - but sometimes it just becomes too much. I don't give a rats ass whether people juice or not -just to make that clear. All the self-righteousness makes me want to vomit.

I've competed in the Danish Nationals (2nd place, Classical Bodybuilding 178cm+) in 2005 but am not going this year. There are lots of reasons for this, with which I shall not tire you readers.

My training is inspired both by power-lifting, bodybuilding and weightlifting.


Stats

Height: 178cm

Weight off-season: 200-205 lbs.

Weight competition: 185-187 lbs.



Planned achievements

1. 18-inch calves

2. Cannonball shoulders

3. DL 550 lbs. raw

4. BP 330 lbs. raw

5. Pain-free patella tendons



There will be heavy lifting...

There will be bulging ellipses...

-and oh yes... There will be blood!

Sounds great to me! You definately wouldn't be boring us with details from the competition and why you plan on skipping this year; I find that stuff fascinating (any pics at all?). Can't wait to read up.

Thanx again to you all and welcome to my log :)

The main reason I decided to skip comp. this year is found in a current lack of "drive" and motivation. Other things have come up in my personal life and have proven to be more important to me at this point of time, than competing. In the months following last years' 2nd place, winning was all that occupied my braincells. This ended as my girlfriend of 6 years chose to dump me (now I understand why). I've come to some conclusions through this whole experience and have chosen to work on analyzing and refining my character. I've gotten it all under control and we are back together -our love has been reborn... And I didn't believe in reincarnation!? ;)

I'll try and fix some pix for you to see. That'll give you an understanding of the level bodybuilding and fitness is at in Denmark

wow man, ur intro is very fascinating, glad u chose to start a log, it will be great looking through the log of a person who competes, and by ur expectations i believe u are very strong, well can't wait to see ur first session, and that would be great if u get some pics up. welcome to the temple, where the best of the best are born.
