I’ve often been asked by customers, as well as on forums: can Mounjaro and Ozempic be combined with anabolic steroids or HGH? should they be combined? isn't it dangerous?

Ozempic and Mounjaro potential impact on muscle loss

Before considering these combinations, it’s important to recognize the potential muscle loss associated with GLP-1 agonists and how to properly mitigate it. I cover this in details - Ozempic Mounjaro and Muscle Loss

glp-1 agonists and anabolic steroids

From both clinical and practical perspectives, there is no fundamental contradiction between GLP-1 agonists (e.g., Ozempic, Mounjaro) and anabolic steroids. In fact, while I do not advocate steroid use due to their potential risks, anabolic steroids can help counteract the catabolic effects of calorie restriction, which is particularly relevant when using GLP-1 agonists for weight-loss.

hgh and glp-1 agonists

The interaction between HGH and GLP-1 agonists is even more interesting. One of HGH’s main side effects is elevated blood glucose and reduced insulin sensitivity. Meanwhile, these weight loss peptides improve insulin sensitivity and help regulate glucose levels. This creates a metabolic balance, where one offsets the drawbacks of the other, leading to a potential synergistic effect.
