Dridderz - that's a good idea man, I do like doing them so I get a heavy set for my hamstrings too in the leg day. I will prob give it a try on my back day sometime soon, I don't feel so strong about my back routine maybe that will help getting me pumped for it.
Samoan-Z - yea I realize that was a pussy move last night at the gym haha I will tear them apart next time relentlessly.
