that chinups goal will be hard I bet. Same with the legs, but once you come off your diet hopefully your strength in legs shoots way up. Chest goals are obtainable, except 2 45lbs??? for many reps? in January? I doubt that, that will be the hardest goal I believe, for triceps you should be able to get it quick, at least by January if not sooner... and the Deadlift is right around the corner, that should come in no time.
