that chinups goal will be hard I bet. Same with the legs, but once you come off your diet hopefully your strength in legs shoots way up. Chest goals are obtainable, except 2 45lbs??? for many reps? in January? I doubt that, that will be the hardest goal I believe, for triceps you should be able to get it quick, at least by January if not sooner... and the Deadlift is right around the corner, that should come in no time.

For chest...I want to get 2 45's for reps on dips....possible 4-6 reps.
And for triceps....I want to get 1 45lb plate for many reps....like 12+

that was a pretty good session, you should have stayed at 225 for your last set of Power Shrugs though, stay as heavy as you possibly can on those, I think you had another 10 reps in you with 225. Unleash the power baby!

Eventually the incline and bench will improve, your in the same boat as me, were so used to db movements its taking a while to adapt to them. Thats ok though, that means they will benefit us and make us grow more since were not adapting so quickly!! YES!!

Good job with those Hang Pulls as well, thats an awesome movement, your traps will definetely be fired up tomorrow when you wake up.

Still looking really good Paulie. And nice goals to set to - attainable but having to work for them which judging by your training you are more than happy to and capable of doing, looking forward to seeing you crush them! :)

I decided to do legs today. Saturday I will be out of town, and this way I will be able to do my second chest session on Friday. This was a quick session. About 50-55 minutes.

this was a pretty sweet session, you will feel your legs burning again tomorrow I bet and you will love it as always. The SLDL are looking good too, remember you dont need to go very heavy on SLDL, if you cant feel the stretch cut the weight back, you dont want to be using more of your lower back then your hammies.

The lunges are also getting better, this was a quality session. I will see you later.

The machine is 50lbs without anything plates on it, and im adding that into the weight cause thats alot. And then the 45's on each side is 90lbs. So 90+50=140

dont add the machine!!! just add the plates, same with Leg Press!


were going to hit leg day together sometime in the future, and I will show you how to dominate some legs. Remember last leg session with me? muahahaha

that was a pretty sweet session. I cant wait to see some weight on those dips either, gotta get those goals! Doing flat press at the end was pretty good too, you should have tried a set or two of the tweak press, that feels great. You better make that cardio more intense next time too, I want to see some 300 calories in 15 minutes...DO ITT!!!

good session Paul, you got a little stronger from last week and that is good, your dips got slightly weaker by 2 reps but that is ok since you went heavier on Incline DB Press but next week I expect to see some weight, I dont care if you keep all the reps at 6 I want to see SOME kinda weight on there.

I have a Bluetooth Wireless adapter that connects my phone to my computer, and I can transfer my images and video from my phone to my computer. Thats how Tweak and I got our sweet videos!

Still firing in solid performances Paulie. That was an exceptional leg session back there. Great work on those quads. The chest session looks sweet too mate. Really working hard Paulie. Excellent.
