A little update:

I benched 200 x 2 for 4 sets yesterday.

I'm doing sets of 6 on chins.

I'll be box squatting 205 for sets of 3 on Thursday :gaygay:

And... I'll weight myself and get my waist measurement tomorrow.

It's nice to see you holding the torch on the crazy innovation training here, Paulie; I actually do some of the same in my MMA routines. Funny note- I actually fell flat on my butt doing gorilla spins on Tuesday:weaksuace:

My waist is about 32-33" throughout the day. My weight is around 195 in the morning. I'll get some pictures up maybe sometime in October, that's when I'll start to feel like I've made some good gains.

This morning I was 193, 32.5" waist, and I'd say I'm about 14% BF.

This was over the weekend on Saturday. 225x3. My box squat has increased like crazyness. I was very pleased with this.

110 Kg x 3 (242 lbs.) This is the first time I've actually gone heavy on these, and pretty good form. I was pleased. I also did box squats previous to this... 225 x 3 (8 sets).

The only real error with your form is your butt isn't kept low enough. We'll work on that so you drive more with your hammies instead of your back to avoid ending up like my near crippled self :tear:

Btw that muffin is delicious, their muffins are always the most delicious muffins ever, I'm thinking of asking if I can buy about a dozen at a time :spy:

Yeah it doesn't look like your legs are bending that much, but that's probably also due to the wide stance you use. I should try a wider stance - less distance to travel! Good weight though!
