Looks like a good Back + Ab workout there man, but i would have liked too see a little more volume on the back (maybe thats just my preference though) in the form of deadlifts (top exercise). But, if what you're doing is working well, keep doin what your doin :xyxthumbs:.

I suggest you definately start trying them out, excellent exercise. Just start light and make sure you have good form or it can be a very dangerous movement.

If you've never tried deads then you're missing out on a major size builder.
Start light and you'll find if you keep good form you'll be able to add weight on quickly and your overall strength should come up real quick!

That looks like a very good and solid workout there man, squats and Leg presses together in the same Leg routine is great to see. Would've been nice to see some hamstring specific work thrown in there too though man, like SLDL or something, maybe you'll have to think about that for next time bud.

I have been training for 10 months but only 2 months legs.
I was so stupid when i started!!!

Don't worry about that at all man, because to be honest, there's alot of "bodybuilders" (very loose term), i prefer just regular gym goers, that NEVER do legs. Theres also the people that do train legs, but not to there full potential, because it's too 'hard' to train legs to the max. So it's good that you've started now, keep hitting them hard bud, because the leg training will help with the rest of your bodyparts in the long run :xyxthumbs:

Hyvä meininki Peghi!as for deadlifts..i think you should add them in the end of your backworkout for few weeks ,before you make it as primary massbuilder and start going heavy.IMO.

The fact that you have seen the eror of your ways and are training legs now is the main thing - looks like your going at them the right way too!
