It was time to hit some shoulders and triceps!
SM Shoulder press:
W-UP, 12x55kg, 10x65kg, 8x75kg, 5x85 (meh, last rep was damn hard)
DB Presses:
3x8-12x23.5kg ( These were so hard after SM Presses )
Front DB raise:
2x12x11kg ( my shoulders were burning )
CG Bench Press:
12x50kg, 10x70kg, 6x80kg, 4x90kg PB? ( last rep was spotted )
Dips:
12xBW ( I already felt weak in here ) 10xBW+15kg, 6xBW+30kg ( I had to stop because I felt like something snapped in my tricep area )
I didnt do more sets because of that feeling in my tricep area
This was my first low carb day, Still going "strong" but the pump didnt last as long as it would in high carb days!
Ill do 20-35min's of morning cardio everyday for the next 3 weeks ( gained fat lil bit too fast, but 4 pack is still there )
I was thinking that Ill train for 8 days in a row ( 4 days heavy, 4 days light and after that recover for a day or two ) and try to try PB at BB Bench Press!
Tomorrow some legz!!
