we all know and even Phil knows that his back needs to be brought up, with that being said, im sure with all that added size his back is progressing just the same if not better.

i was at this show and talked to phil he said he is up to about 260 right now!! but he also said he was as big as 270 for a little while

Im gonna go out on a limb here and say Heath has better genetics than even Coleman. And if he puts in the work, has what it takes to break the Mr.O record someday. The dude is making some serious progress. I cant wait to see what he brings to the stage next year

anyway, i missed these pics. AMAZING PROGRESS Phil, outstanding. And for those asking for his back, i'd also like to see some shots but judging by how his front has grown his back has to be pretty bigger too. One cannot add a few inches to his arms keeping everything else the same and he's a wise guy and knows his flaws, so i suspect that this arm growth is pretty much a secondary effect of his training.
I can't wait for his next competition and i hope he'll do 2008 mr. O AND WINS! TEAM HEATH BABY!!!
