^^ I think he had 56cm or 22.5" arms this time last year (from a hazy memory). So say a bit of size added, 23" is believable, I doubt an inch though, that is a lot to add once the arm is already huge. Although that depends on how much weight he has added.

everything has silly. keep in mind that i haven't trained arms religiously in a couple yrs as i was bringing up other areas. as long as i'm healthy, you'll get to see the improvements. i'm very excited as my training has never been better...guess I needed to get sick to find myself lol.
