One of our great bodybuilding forum members @Iceman1981 posted an amazing picture of Phil Hill. It got my thinking how relatively unknown Phil Hill is despite his amazing physique. That is what prompted me to write this brief Phil Hill Bodybuilding Bio.

Phil Hill was a professional bodybuilder from Trenton, New Jersey. He was born on October 12, 1963. He really got into lifting during his youth and started competing in his teens! At only 19 Phil Hill won his first bodybuilding competition which was the 1982 Mr. New Jersey. That was just the beginning of Phil Hill's bodybuilding career!

1987 NPC Nationals Heavyweight, 1st

1988 Mr. Olympia, 12th
1989 IFBB Grand Prix England, 3rd
1989 IFBB Grand Prix Finland, 4th
1989 IFBB Grand Prix Holland, 3rd
1990 IFBB Niagara Falls Pro Invitational, 11th
1990 IFBB Night of Champions, N/A
