Looks good Philo. Damn kg i always need to convert them to lbs so they make sence to me lol. Good luck on your goals. I thinking about competeing in an amature strong man comp this upcoming summer.

Thanks for your comment m8. Strongman comps are great. I really like it. In the future I would like to compete in one myself but thats not an option atm because I'm way to weak to enter. Do you have some strongman equipment which you can use..?

@Rocky: Ive made a good start about 10 weeks back. Made some great improvements along the way. If I can continue like I did for the last few weeks the goals are very realistic. I'll let you know in 12 months.

This will be my last day withoud structure/diet. From tomorrow all things will be bodybuilding/powerlifting only. Got a new diet plan, new workout plan and a great amount of motivtion to start with.
