Will take a week off. My lowerback isnt improving the way I would like it too see so I think the bets thing to do is to take a week off. I will be doing some cardio, mobility exercises and some stretches that week. Hopefully this will speed up recovery.

Pretty good idea to add some stretches thoughout your week off to help with a recovery without becoming to stiff from time off.
i remember when i somewhat done a tenden in my arm from hammer curls, i had to take afew weeks off to recover but only till this year it has fully healed, it has taken a good solid 9+ months for it ti fully recover and heal which suxed for taking so long lol
keep us updated bro and looking forward for you to make a return into the weight sessions next week
