Some old school BB workout today. Trained with a bodybuilder who's preparering for the Holland. Did his first competition a few weeks back and won two titels which include the overall.

Back/triceps

Pumped, pain, tired but it felt great. I might not be the strongest but my stamina is way better than his :p

Hes new in the scene. Did the Atlas as his first competition but beware this guys has flex wheeler like proportions and isnt even doing half the work he should do.
