i'm doing a show Oct. 30th. It's a nat-q. I'm gonna work on my legs mostly....then back, shoulders, tris, and everything else. I need to dial in my hams and glutes for my next show. I want to qualify for nationals, then take 1.5 years off and do a national level show as a heavy weight. Those are my goals for now. Oh i'm hoping to put on 5-10lbs of lean mass before the Oct show. So i gotta bust ass and eat a ton.

Your plan sounds good, i hope you qualify for nationals, That would be awesome. idk about 5 lbs by october but that would be great.

Side chest and shrug shots are really out of this world. Amazing, simply amazing.

Yeah, your legs might be your weakest bodypart, but if you pointed your feet outside in the front double bi they would appear much bigger, IMO.

So I'm glad you'll compete again. I'm sure you'll not play tricky games with potassium levels this time.

Would you upload progress pics till October. That would be really great.

I'll keep you guys posted on my prep for that show. As for leg position on stage I point them out more. I had shorts that covered most of my quads so they wouldn't of looked much bigger.

I think you have phenominal quads, its just your inner thigh and hams that are a bit behind and you shouldnt keep them so close together. Open them up a bit and when you have more inner thigh they will look even bigger and have more shape.

yeah I need to work on my posing more next time. My gf was in the final weeks of pregnancy and I just had a lot of stuff going on before the show. so I wasn't able to practice as much as i needed so i could find what looked best with my physique. as for hams and such i use to slack on them a lot and barely ever did them, but the last year i have been doing them on there own day and they have come up a lot since. I also was doing a lot of close foot placement leg presses and i've switched to further distance stance to get more inner thigh involvement . So It should bring up my lagging areas.

Thanks my daughter is amazing. I love being a father. Its something you can't explain in words. You guys will know the feeling if you ever have kids or if you already do.

Haha I haven't been on here in a while, but Eskimo made me laugh. I don't even have to respond. Ha. Anyways thanks pickle.

A little update. Since I left the hospital I have put on 20+ pounds. Tens prob just water.5-6lbs fat. The rest I'm hoping is muscle since I'm stronger and my measurements are going up. I've just been killing it. I want to make quality improvements before my next show.
