Thanks bud. I just asked the top ranked national competitor on my state to help me with my prep for my next show. I couldn't get as shredded as I wanted. Especially my legs. So him and his wife are going to make sure I'm on track. His name is Kevin tomasini. He won the excalibur two years ago. If you Google him you'll find some pics. He works with hany rambod.
