Cellmass is BSN.

No need for anything fancy, a basic protein powder with dextrose or WMS is sufficient.

supplemental protein has it's place. a post workout shake of milk, a banana, an egg, a tbl spoon of PB, and a scoop of protein is an ideal postworkout, easily digestable, good source of protein.

Gold Standard Whey, with a banana, skim milk and ice blended in the magic bullet. I also like low fat cottage cheese with some fruit.

Isolate, waxy maize, and maltodextrin. Throw in some cheap mono to boot and your good to go. I would say torrent by universal is the best, or you could just buy the ingredients I just mentioned and make you own for a hell of a lot cheaper.

When I'm going full throttle, my PWO meal is: Whey protein, 5g creatine mono, 3 slices white bread, 1/4 tbspn WMS and a banana. A little hefty, but I contain a severe case of ectomorphism.

Eeeeek. No worries, but there's a few things here I'd do without. Albumin, an egg protein, is relatively slow digestion in comparison. Also fat is one thing you want to exclude, especially any JIF brands. Give the alternative a try bro, you might see some differences!

But generally it's pretty simple:

Whey
Glucose

... done. Of course everyone has their own methods, which is fine.
