Coincidently, the is also the least nutritious of all the kinds of rice.
I have a 15 pound bag of rice under my counter: I wash it, soak it, and boild it the old fashioned way. But it's SO damned good! I even used to eat it for breakfast.
I like brown rice a lot because it has the most fiber and it has more nutrients as well, but not much more than the other rice. A rice that I like for one reason is parboiled rice because it has the lowest glycemic index, which means it won't impact blood sugar levels as much. I would choose parboiled rice because it dosen't spike blood sugar levels like brown and white can do.
