amazing pics Rocky, I can definatly see a change from your last photos. Delts appear to be larger giving you a wider look. Traps, arms and forearms seem to have increased in size as well.

Thank you all for the comments! As I say any construcitve criticism will be equally well received. I know it's diffiult with only one un-posed shot with no legs in it. I'll try and get one or two posed shots and get a back one too. Maybe legs if I'm drunk enough.
