Tweak - Thanks man. Yeah I honestly can't think of an aspect of it I wasn't pleased with! Those lunges feel so heavy on my back though. I had to cut it into 2 sets of 4 rather than 1 of 8 cos it made my back feel so crushed! I have my thumb curled underneath - perhaps I'll try your method and see what difference it makes.

Bulkboy - Thanks. Yeah I think this was a one off with all those PB's! A good one off mind you! As for my weight I have no idea. It's been the best part of a year since I weighed myself and now it's been so long I daren't cos I'll only be disappointed!

Turkish - I have no idea what was different. I wasn't any more psyched up but as I was going through the session and getting the PB's it was firing me up! If the session starts well then that's usually what inspires me as it goes on!

Dobbs - Appreciate that however I definately have weaker legs & chest compared to my other muscle groups! On legs - specifically quads! Hopefully if I carry on like this they'll come up though!

Flex - Thanks for stopping by man. Yeah I can't complain as of the past few weeks my training has been at an all time high! The weight I'm using for calves belies their size. I don't know what they measure but they don't look particularly big at all. Calves are just one of those muscles that I think most people can lift a lot more than they think!

Well my back paid for the weight I had on me. It hurt like hell lasrt night and some of today until Ria massaged it out a little and it feels ok now. Just felt like it was squashed up. Hope it feels ok for tomorrow and my back session.

You're not far off on the bench at all Steve!

Well no training for me today - woke up this morning and my back was killing me. I would have gone anyway usually but I was so tired and normally I wouldn't get a chnace to train for another 3 days but I'm away on a course this week and they have a gym there so I'll train tomorrow (hopefully). It's a shit gym, only machines - and shit ones at that - but at least I'll be able to do something and my back really aches today so glad I didn't have to go in and force it.

i like how you ment to put the cable curl weight on the wrong weight but was abl to lift it good and pull off a P.B ahha good stuff man, huge dumbell curls man, u gotta be happy with that weight there damn so meny huge numbers! awesome stuff mate

Thanks fellas. I've been at training college all week so been using the poxy machines there. Which limits me to a shoddy leg press machine for legs and that's it! I can impro a leg curl and calf raises on the press but nothing good. So I'm not gonna post what I did there and I'll be back in my own gym tomorrow before off on course for another week!

Well here was today's session. I am really running on autopilot at the moment as far as my motivation and energy levels. They are really low. Not sure why. I just feel tired all the time. Anyway, this is my one session before going back to training college for another week so won't be posting another session until next weekend. And that was it. Done in 70 mins. So-so session. Deliberately dropped the weight back on a couple of exercises! The T-bar's are getting awkward as the other end of the bar keeps lifting up now, the pulldowns are hard cos I'm lifting more than I weigh so I have to try to keep myself on the seat. Still surprised I still managed 3 PB's so all was not lost.

onebigerci - Thanks bud. Yeah I guess so. Not sure how training with shit and lightweight equipment will fare for me when I get back into the gym though - me + lightweight = major drop-off in stregnth in short spoace of time usually!

Ben - Cheers buddy. I'm pretty used to training those muscles together now, but yeah it is hard work especially once the deads are out of the way!

Bulkboy & Rageking - Thanks. Yeah my tris are pretty strong. I got up to doing normal dips with 70kg hanging off me. My shoulders are pretty strong too so I don't know why my chest hasn't caught up as clearly my tris and delts aren't hindering their development?!
