Tweak - Thanks man. Yeah I honestly can't think of an aspect of it I wasn't pleased with! Those lunges feel so heavy on my back though. I had to cut it into 2 sets of 4 rather than 1 of 8 cos it made my back feel so crushed! I have my thumb curled underneath - perhaps I'll try your method and see what difference it makes.
Bulkboy - Thanks. Yeah I think this was a one off with all those PB's! A good one off mind you! As for my weight I have no idea. It's been the best part of a year since I weighed myself and now it's been so long I daren't cos I'll only be disappointed!
Turkish - I have no idea what was different. I wasn't any more psyched up but as I was going through the session and getting the PB's it was firing me up! If the session starts well then that's usually what inspires me as it goes on!
Dobbs - Appreciate that however I definately have weaker legs & chest compared to my other muscle groups! On legs - specifically quads! Hopefully if I carry on like this they'll come up though!
Flex - Thanks for stopping by man. Yeah I can't complain as of the past few weeks my training has been at an all time high! The weight I'm using for calves belies their size. I don't know what they measure but they don't look particularly big at all. Calves are just one of those muscles that I think most people can lift a lot more than they think!
Well my back paid for the weight I had on me. It hurt like hell lasrt night and some of today until Ria massaged it out a little and it feels ok now. Just felt like it was squashed up. Hope it feels ok for tomorrow and my back session.
