Bulkboy - Thanks man. Yeah I still got a great benefit from doing power style BB rows but hit a bit of a wall so thought I'd drop it back and go strict.

knightrider - lol! King of dips. I'm having that one. :spy:

rageking - Thanks. I wish my normal deads were as impressive by comparison. My hams are definately better than my quads.

basebody - Thanks for the words. Yeah dips and lunges are MY exercises I think. Just seem to be ones I use an unusually large amount of weight on in comparison to my other lifts.

beau - Cheers. I've always preferred pulling work to pushing work. I think it's a psychological thing.

obe - Thanks buddy. Forgetting pullovers man. Shame on you

All done in about 65 mins. Not too bad session. Disappointed about the bench though.
At least you're still getting PBs on chest related exercises. Are you still training at that college? Maybe the new place still has you out of whack.

Thanks guys.

Glex - No I'm back at my regular gym now so I don't have that excuse!

Tweak - I was shooting for more reps. :tear: And I know the PB quantity is shameful. Why must you mock me so. :tear:

Hypo - I wish my chest wasn't so shite.

Chesty - Yeah my hams are much better than my quads.

Well here was todays session. An early one and it took longer than I'd have liked, about 80 mins. But I was sweating like a bastard. Here it was:

Seated Leg Press
140kg (310lb) x 10
190kg (420lb) x 10
Single Leg Press
135kg (300lb) x 8 - P.B.
140kg (310lb) x 8 - P.B.

Smith Squat
120kg (265lb) x 10
155kg (340lb) x 2
160kg (350lb) x 1
165kg (360lb) x bailed. Damnit!

Standing Calf Raises
140kg (310lb) x 15
190kg (420lb) x 10
240kg (530lb) x 8 - P.B.
240kg (530lb) x 8

SUPERSET

Leg Ex
102.5kg (225lb) x 15 - full stack
102.5kg (225lb) x 15

ROTATOR CUFF WORK

DB Military
20kg (45lb) x 10
27.5kg (60lb) x 10
35kg (82lb) x 8
35kg (82lb) x 7 - w/aid

Push Press
60kg (135lb) x 4
60kg (135lb) x 4

Cable Upright Row
102.5kg (225lb) x 12 - P.B.
102.5kg (225lb) x 10

Straight BB Curl
40kg (90lb) x 10
50kg (110lb) x 8
50kg (110lb) x 8

DB Preachers
17.5kg (30lb) x 8
17.5kg (30lb) x 8

And that was that. I was actually quite pleased because I've stopped using creatine now so am expecting my weights to start dropping off a little so was pleased that not only did the weights stay up but got some PB's still.

ive heard that that doesent work at all, and that its better to just stay on it to make sure the creatine levels in ur body are constantly high, but i dont know man, ive been thinking about going off myself...

leg press is your usual superior effort :2:

oh look, even a PB on leg press, who would have thunk it, you..of all people, obtain a PB? how surprising :spy:

what happened on the squat? and I suppose thats one perk of doing them in the smith, if you need to bail you just slide them back on the pins.

shoulder work was quite well also, presses are all looking quite solid.

calves = moooo, excellent.

you can do more with biceps then that, I know you can

no mockery shall come from this post of mine, only praise you for the always outstanding work you accomplish :bowhay:

:hay:

Bulkboy - To be honest I've read so much about Creatine I'm not sure what is right and what is wrong. I was under the understanding that by taking it constantly it may reduce your body's ability to create it itself.

Tweak - As always thanks for the kind words. Yeah I was a bit gutted about the squat. I may have been able to get it if I'd really got myself in the right frame of mind. Oh well, another day.
As for the bi's - yeah I seem to have dropped off a little weight on those lately. I've switched to using a straight bar instead of the EZ bar which may be the reason.

You don't need any excuses after that session, except that you're snorting a creatine, HGH, and steroid mix before your sessions (that would work, right? :e5dunno:) Very well done :2:

I always lose a little after going off teh creatine, and I always enjoy the huge jump in strength after going back on :weightlifter:

Vey impressive Upright Rows, congrats on the Calf raise PB too :xyxthumbs:. About the Creatine, you say you saw no drop in weight when you went off? Thats exactly the same as me, i see no drop in weight when i'm off and when i'm on i see no gain in weight (that should make sense, it did in my head anyway :e5dunno:). Basically, i just plain don't see any god damn benifits from the "wonder supplement" (Maybe i'm Just a Non-Responder ay). Just out of intrest, i already know that the creatine doesn't affect what you lift, but when you're on it do you gain any weight?

knight rider - Thanks man. I really hope my squats continue to improve.

Hypo - Thanks. I'm working my way back up to the 90lb DB for military press which I got stuck at a few weeks back.

turkish - You know it! :xyxthumbs:

miamiracing - Thanks bud. You knock out some good weight yourself so I appreciate the props.

basebody - Thanks man. Maybe I wasn't too clear. I was just hoping my weights don't drop off, because they normally do. I know what you mean about being a non-responder though. I've done Creatine 3 times now at different times. 1st time was beneficial. 2nd time I didn't notice a thing. Then this last time I managed to get most of my weights eavier than ever which is why I think they might tumble a bit. I just hope by not much as I take it badly and it knocks my enthusiasm and confidence. Next session tomorrow and I'm going back to the 100lb DB's on Incline bench which I always get stuck at 6 or 7 reps on. Last session I PB's the 95's for reps so hope it could be my day. Of course I was on creatine last week though...

Thanks for clearing that up for me Rocky :xyxthumbs: But don't doubt that you'll perform with the hundreds, just do it! It's you thats put in the work man, not the white powder, don't let that have any effect on your mind-set. Good luck (you'll need it without the creatine :keke:, only joking bud).
