rocky dont worry youll get the 300 and teh 100'sThoroughly arsed off with this session - one that my back still isn't right and that I am STILL and seemingly FOREVR cunting well stuck at 5 or 6 reps with the 100lb's on DB press. After my PB on bench last time, narrowly missing the 300lb mark I don't know why I am still stuck at this. Shitting bastard exercise.

My back got worse over the weekend while I was working in the garden - lower back this time - that was 5 days ago and it still hurts now. Can't bend much in any direction without it hurting enough to stop me bending further. Throbs all the time even without bending hence I didn't go to the gym on Monday as was planned.
Am hoping to go in tomorrow and play it by ear again and just knock off any deads and minimise rowing weight. Fucks me right off though especially given the improvements I'd made just for this to happen.
I've stopped the creatine too cos it just seemed a waste of time given the circumstances. Well hopefully I'll be right to have a session of sorts tomorrow. If so I'll post up how it goes.
