Sucks about your back...at least you never sell yourself short. That's how I am too with injuries...I don't want to think myself a pussy and not do something, so I keep sustaining smaller injuries of the same type until eventually it goes away :49: Just take care of yourself, man.

Nice session man, you need to watch that back though dude. Just don't work it for a week, it's what I do and it seems to work fine.

Anyway, my back is giving me all kinds of gip. It seems to ache in different places all the time. I think when I did it in the other week it opened Pandoras box and now loads of niggles and pains are having their say. Think I'm gonna have to get some physio sorted out.

Looks pretty impressive to me Rocky. The lunges are crazy as always.

Btw, i'm sorry to hear about your back problems, i suffer the same kind of problems (pain in all different areas) after i had an injury doing SLDL's a while back. What always seems to help me out nowadays is doing some roman chair and good morning with very light weight and very high reps fairly rapidly before i begin any workout. Sometimes i'll throw some light and high reps SLDL's in there aswell. :e5dunno: It seems to work for me, maybe you could give it a go?

well ure still knocking out pbs as always bud;) im sorry about ur back, ive had it before myself and i know how annoying it is, u just feel like u cant do anything, get it taken care of mate and dont push urself to hard:) ure gonna get back into it for sure:)

Thanks for all the words of support and encouragement. My back got worse over the weekend while I was working in the garden - lower back this time - that was 5 days ago and it still hurts now. Can't bend much in any direction without it hurting enough to stop me bending further. Throbs all the time even without bending hence I didn't go to the gym on Monday as was planned.
Am hoping to go in tomorrow and play it by ear again and just knock off any deads and minimise rowing weight. Fucks me right off though especially given the improvements I'd made just for this to happen.
I've stopped the creatine too cos it just seemed a waste of time given the circumstances. Well hopefully I'll be right to have a session of sorts tomorrow. If so I'll post up how it goes.
