great last couple of sessions there man...I see you're trying different things and they appear to be working for ya. That last session must have bee intense at just 75 mins. Don't fret about no PBs...I'm sure you'll get twice as many next sesh to make up for it!!!
Well here it be: Final Week of bench attack!!! last session on the protocol. Not sure what I'm gonna do after this. Thinking maybe doing Incline DB pressing in some sort of manner. Back to regular sessions again now. Was a bit concerned after last weeks session that the bench was gonna be a no-go for hitting it but it wasn't! And the PB's are back with a vengeance :

Job's a good'un. Session went well considering I had a really shit night's sleep. Took about 70 mins to do but felt good after. Romanians went better than I expected considering I hadn't touched them for a few weeks.
Overall: pleased.

Mike - Thanks man. Bench has always been a weak point for me so I'm glad it's getting up. I'm pleased my t-bar is getting back to standard after my back probs last year - I'm nearly back at PB territory with this one!

Well I'm feeling that session. Ache in the right places but also my shoulders are sore - not in a good way. hurts at the front right on top of the bone. Hmmm. Haven't had any shoulder probs for ages, hope this is just a one off.
