Havnt seen the video but jusdging from the pic, he is not as thick as he usually is... especially Pecs look particularly 'deflated'

Boring ass video, speaks german the whole time with no subtitles, a bit too long aswell. I still have no idea why this guy doesnt learn english and market himself better, he would be much more successful.

Ronny Rockel is a great bodybuilder but I can?t undertand why he doesn?t learn english. He should be in USA promoting his physique and living there as Dennis Wolf who has improved his english last year and he gets a big contract with BSN. If I were Ronny I would learn english inmediatly.

dude's already got trouble keeping his gut inn check, so I can only imagine how bad it would be with 10-20lbs more on his frame

^ That + his posing is already as stiff as it can get, so just imagine how stiff it would be if he added 20lbs of muscle.
