In this vlog, Ryan Terry explains his new role inside MyProtein and why he is focused on rebuilding the brand’s image within hardcore bodybuilding.

Ryan shares that MyProtein has thousands of products and strong formulas, but the brand has gained a sales-heavy reputation. His goal is to bring back credibility and prestige by building a true athlete-led roster. He calls it a dream team, made up of champions, future Olympia winners, and rising talent.

The current lineup includes Mike Sommerfeld, an Arnold Classic champion and top Olympia threat, and Samson Dauda, a former Mr. Olympia winner in the Open class. Ryan also highlights Joan Pradells and other young athletes he believes will reach top five Olympia status within a few years.

The video follows a full MyProtein content day. Athletes train together, film for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, and plan upcoming coverage for FIBO, the Arnold Classic UK, and the Arnold Classic USA. Ryan also opens up about burnout after Olympia prep, admitting he stepped away longer than planned and is now pushing himself back into full training and structure.

Ryan confirms he has re-signed with MyProtein for three more years. During that time, he plans to be directly involved in athlete selection, branding direction, and event presence. His long-term goal is clear. By 2026, he wants MyProtein recognized as a serious bodybuilding supplement brand built around elite competitors, real training culture, and consistent work ethic.

The vlog ends with Ryan stressing one core message. Success in bodybuilding comes from belief, consistency, and showing up every day. The dream team is just getting started.
