There has been no announcements at all about his case. I can only surmise that the ADA is playing hardball and is only giving him a plea deal that he knows will follow him afterwards & ruin his career. But how long do they wait before going to trial?

Maybe his attorneys are delaying it because they think he is fucked. I can't really find anything out about it at all so who knows. I'd love to know what the fuck is going on with that case.
