OK, so heres the plan... i am currently trying to diet, have been trying for the last 3 months or so with some progress... but very little. This is because of university and work taking up all of my time. But NOW i am starting exam block then holidays so i have a lot more time on my hands, so im gonna hit the gym hard and get lean, so that i can bulk up over the rest of the year.
I have never been lean... Mostly endomorphic, with a little bit of mesomorph thrown in so its not so bad. I am not going to be posting pictures for you guys until i finish dieting... thats when the comparison will take place. So VIC if you ask for nudes then you'll have to wait ok?
Ive been doing a 2-3 day a week program, due to lack of time, but i will be spreading that out to 4 days a week.
day1
chest/tris/shoulders:
Incline BB Bench
Flat DB Bench
Dips
Skullcrushers/CG bench/tricep extensions.. alternate session by session
Side Laterals
Note: ive been doin chest/shoulders/tris for awhile now, and ive found that if i do all these my front delts get a huge workout, and if i try do shoulder presses or something else they are just too fucked to do anything.
Day 2
Back/Bis/traps:
Sumo Deads
Bent over rows
wide grip pullups
BBcurls/ez curls/incline DB curls.. alternating week by week
Behind the back shrugs (i personally thing my traps are starting to overpower by delts so i might give these a rest for a while to bring up my delts a bit)
Day 3
Legs:
back or front squat
Walking Lunges
lying leg curls
Standing calf raises
Day 4
Light chest/shoulders/arms:
Incline bench
DB shoulder press
Side laterals
CG Bench
DB preachers superset with reverse grip EZ bar curls
Comments on this program will be greately appreciated.
Expect some very brutal workout music as well
