Finally.
Last time I was in a gym was physical therapy 3 years ago.

First WO at new apartment complex fitness room,
1 all in one machine, weight in lbs
55 minutes

Leg ext 100x12x3 110x12x2
Stndg leg curls 70x12x2 90x10x3
