Talked with Buki & watched FamilyGuy again the whole time, now rest till Wed.
Short, 45 minutes. Buki had to leave. Snowed & slippery as shit out, accidents everywhere, man down, man down. Buki grazed a curb earlier and fucked up his front right rim, not bad & he has touch up paint. Almost did the same thing and watched in my rearveiw mirror as he smacked , I got AW drive and just by an inch missed it. Skipped seeing Watchman cause of the weather & stayed in & played killzone & drank fat squirrels, bongVpomorange. Happy about 200 for 4 reps, new PB. Hey guys,

First,
Question for anyone, Have you tried mono-atomic gold(also called White powder gold)? This guy I know gave me some, wondering if anyone knows the science behind it or what it does chemically?

Secondly,
In honor of the Spring Equinox, in the Spirit of New beginnings, I have decided to do a 20 day strict diet(of sorts) till the Full Moon on the 9th. The diet will consist of PB, Whey,Milk, Almonds & sugar pre workout(redbull,amp banana,etc. less than 200 calories) Uri Feast whole food sup. Maybe rice or an egg or oats if I run into trouble, I'll log it. Basically, below 1000 cal a day or as close to that as possible. This will be part of my pct. I have done many fasts before, a week fast, 21 day juice fast etc. This is a spiritual journey for me as well, not religious, spiritual. I am finished moving, getting divorced, selling a house, raising 2 daughters, working 40 in data processing, recording a demo w/band, etc... I enjoy the clarity of a fast/ strict diet. I'm going to attempt my version of heavy intense training while I fast. I only know about it from what I have read(mostly here from Tim) so if something looks wrong, please let me know. Meaning = I will try to do my max for as many reps as I can for this 20 days. I will log my weight & diet here along with sessions. Questions, comments?
