Since sleep is so important for growth, on average how many hours do you get a night?

I'm a borderline insomniac who on average usually only gets 4-5hrs a night. I try to supplement it with naps where I can but I rarely get the recommended 8-10hrs of proper uninterrupted sleep.

lately ive been getting 10 - 12 hours
making up for the sleep ive missed when i was sick last week

Got me a mere 3 hrs sleep last night and I'm feeling it. I feel a redbull injection coming on.

I'm a really bad sleeper. I usually get around the 5 to 7 hours sleep a night. Pretty frustrating sometimes.

i have always had trouble falling asleep, i probably will reach the point soon where i start taking sleeping pills, but im really sceptical about them. on average i get from 4-6 hours. what i find works very well if u have trouble sleeping, is turning off ur computer monitor, turn off the TV and just lay down on the bed and read a book or just relax, then after an hour u try to go to sleep. i find i fall asleep alot easier if i do that than if i have been sitting watching tv or infront of the computer...

i try to get at least 8, but doesnt always workout.
i have a hard time falling asleep a lot too, so sometimes i plan to get 8 hours but takes but hour or more to go to sleep so i end up getting 630-7 hours

I get like 7, I try to get more like 8-9 on the weekends. I always make my biggest muscular and strength gains over the summer because I got no school and sleep in every day.

5-7 too, and 1-2 hours 2 or 3 nights every month, not because job/party, i just cant sleep thinking

i suck at sleeping ._.

Just under 8 hours mon-fri then about 10 hour on weekends
My record is 36 hours :D (It was when I fucked my knee up...got some good stuff :D)

I never get 8 hours on school nights. It's the summer, so I can get anywhere from 4 to 12 haha

i dont know if you agree with me or not but sleep is more important than supplements , and training itself for body growth . it is more important than sex !!
