Well these guys are pretty much on the same ''supps'' as pro BBers aren't they?

As I've understood most people who recommend FB routines are powerliters, yes? Yet Wendler's 5/3/1 is a 4 day split program which has proven to work very well.

Wouldn't it make sense for the pros to stop insinuating that they only used MuscleTech,

why would you bite the hand that feeds you?... so no it doesnt make sense

Wendlers program is basically a ub/lb routine.

1. The split routines that this article is focussed on are "bodypart splits".
2. 5/3/1 is a movement-based (not bodypart) upper/lower split.
