I wish I had some good before pics. This time last year I weighed 220 with about 10% more fat. Dropped most of the fat and got down to 180, now I've put on 10lbs of muscle. Still got a little fat on the sides of my midsection I would like to lose but I'm getting there. The month of January should be a good bulking session so we will see how many pounds I can put on this month without putting on too much fat. I just might have to step it up and start doing cardio :ughnoes:

:xyxthumbs:Through hard training and and massive sweats, you'll be looking at these pictures and using them as toilet paper. Well, not really, but you'll get there, just stick with it and never give up! Good Luck!

yes u do have a lot of work but once u start seeing progressions it will motivate u so much more to keep crushing the iron....best of luck w/ everything

keep training hard and eat big man!!and remember......there is only one way up....by gradually climbing....so just take it step by step and before u know it u will be as big as dave palumbo(bad joke....)

I feel your pain man...I'm only 10 weeks in and share a similar build...it'll happen though. Thats what I keep tellin myself anyway....good luck
