10 rep leg lounge

I warmed up with a 20-minute jog, then moved into a circuit. I did 4 sets of: 12 burpees, 20 lunges (10 per leg), and 15 mountain climbers. Wrapped it up with a 10-minute cool down and stretching.

And finally cycling 1h
I have divided these types of workouts
1 leg workout
leg curls 3×12
leg ex 3×10
squats 3x10

Today after run 1h and speed cycle 30min
And after 5 minute plank.at the end of the day I gave up
