Test vs. Anavar question

Ok, I'm mid 30s, question regarding anavar vs. Test. I've tried anavar in past, 10mg, and didn't notice any results. I feel my test is low but don't want to see a doctor. Feelings on one vs the other to lean out, increase libido, muscle mass. Also, any recommendations for sites to get legit testosterone therapy?
