it looks like you've lost alot of fat over the years or in good time frame

Thanks man :xyxthumbs: I woke up 254lbs this morning, and thats good imo after a REALLY big cheatmeal yesterday. The diet might be a little softer over the weekend, but on monday its on full throttle again.

I haven't desided yet if Im going to the gym, my left shoulder hurts again...
And I cant really see the pleasure in doing shoulderpresses with a hurting shoulder :gaygay:

But I haven't trained legs yet either...so it looks like the next update will come in later today :xyxthumbs:

I do ...but Im still getting my cheat day once a week. And if my dad said that we are going out tomorrow to a restaurant Im not saying no...cause that has never happend before:dunnodude:

Good session today. I did two types of squats, the slow and controlled version where 1 rep takes 4 sec to complete (Awesome pump from that)
I then did "normal" squats with a little more speed to it, but still as deep as it should be. I knocked out 10 reps at 160kg and thats a new record by far.

Doing shoulders and biceps today I decide to go after a good pump because my left shoulder hurts a bit. Still I managed to push it...I saw in maxmonzters log that he did really high rep on shoulder press so I wanted to try it out :D, (IMO I have 4 new PB in shoulderpress :49:)Im really sore right now :keke:. I still have pump in my arms and shoulders as you can see on the pics, the pictures are taken 1 hour after the session. :xyxthumbs:

That was it for this week. My "doctor" also know as my brother thought I should take the next week off from training to rest my shoulder. And that might be a good idea..cause I dont want to retear the rotator cuff. I'll decide next week if I'll take the week off or not.

I am PV. I watched a movie yesterday and I munched on some chips.
My father then told me that he had a reservation on a nice restaurant in town..and I just cant say no to that..Thats a once in a life time for my if I know my father right..

About the diet, yeah I know theres a long way to go, but believe it or not the average bf % I have is as low as 18% according to a bf test I did not to long ago. I can fluctuate 4-5 lbs a day if I drink water like a mad man one day and cut it out the next day. Today I was 253.9lbs and I can see that Im softer at spots I was tighter before, so it must be water weight that came back. I think I can go under 250lbs by the end of next week :xyxthumbs:

My diet right now is : Oatmeal, whole eggs, groundbeef, and pasta, with some lean meat, not necessarily red meat..cause that would kill my economy.

Thanks Glex, the legs are a gift, I actually never need to train them as the other bodyparts. The only reason I train them is because my right leg is a little smaller then the left and I dont like that look at al.
The shoulders are still burning...no pump though:keke:
My biceps are really sore right now aswell..so my mobility will suffer today :49:

Jesus fucking Christ! Is that a joke?! That DB pressing is utterly incredible! That weight is impressive for a couple of resp but 40 is crazy!
Damn nice PB on the squat aswell. Awesome stuff.
