Thanks man I woke up 254lbs this morning, and thats good imo after a REALLY big cheatmeal yesterday. The diet might be a little softer over the weekend, but on monday its on full throttle again.
I haven't desided yet if Im going to the gym, my left shoulder hurts again...
And I cant really see the pleasure in doing shoulderpresses with a hurting shoulder
But I haven't trained legs yet either...so it looks like the next update will come in later today
