Jesus fucking Christ! Is that a joke?! That DB pressing is utterly incredible! That weight is impressive for a couple of resp but 40 is crazy!
Damn nice PB on the squat aswell. Awesome stuff.

No, no joke :weightlifter: The seated machine shoulder press is without a doubt my best exercise to do. Im already fatigued at 20 reps, but for some reason I just can keep going on this very exercise.

A little update

250lbs right now. Woke up 248.9lbs so theres definitely some progress.
I did 1 hour of low intensity cardio on my crosstrainer this morning, and it was hell. From here and on Im going to watch on a movie or something I know I'll find intresting, or my already none existing motivation will go away totaly. Im going to do some cardio right now and watch some "episodes" from BFTO 2007(Mark Dugdale, David Henry and maybe Melvin Anthony) and see how long I can make it...0 carbs today...and thats something for a guy eating 100g of carbs from oatmeal on a normal day just for breakfast....so bare with my spelling if theres something I've spelled wrong..:keke:

Little update

Just done with 30min cardio on my crosstrainer.
The result was 305kcal burned. 245lbs afterwards

A little update

Morning weight 245,3lbs
Morning cardio today ended at 35min on my crosstrainer, 351kcal burned
And before that a went out and shoveled some snow..that took me 20min

Actually the only place I feel it is my lower back, nothing at all in my knees..so far maybe. The reason I dont run is that I tore my right knee to peices some years ago. Broke the kneecap in two for an example...I had a rail on both sides of my knee for 6 months...It took 3 more month before I could walk normal again. The doctor said that "You are not running before you are maximum 90kg (~200lbs), not with that knee" And I will never be 200lbs again.

If you look at my right leg you can see the the split kneecap and that my quad sits higher up compared to the left, and they where even before
